Show summary

Welcome to the Furchester Hotel! The Furchester Hotel is an almost world-class hotel, owned and operated by a close-knit family of cheerfully incompetent monsters.

Animals, vegetables and minerals as well as the occasional human, flock to this warm and wacky hub of hospitality. The hotel is the top destination to find characters such as a penguin bobsled team, a trio of ripening fruit, a pirate looking for treasure and a dinosaur who checked in 150 million years ago.

Main characters

Phoebe Furchester-Fuzz – A strong and unflappable seven-year-old who often runs the hotel while her parents are otherwise occupied.

Funella Furchester – She's warm-hearted, adores her family and is very theatrical. She wants more than anything for guests to be happy.

Furgus Fuzz – He wears many hats in the hotel, although none of them well. He's a bellman, floor waxer, lift operator, gardener and fix-it monster. But most importantly he is a husband, father and uncle who strives to keep everyone happy.

Elmo – He is Phoebe's three-and-a-half year old cousin and is on an extended visit. He is in awe of the hotel and all it has to offer.

Cookie Monster – He has landed his dream job as room service and dining room waiter. Although guests often wonder why their main courses never arrive.

Isabel – A front desk bell with fuzz. She alerts the Furchesters to arrivals, guest requests and catastrophes.
